So, today I finally got an internet connection at home! This may not sound like much, but as we haven’t even had a phone line in this house since before i was born (long story) I can finally update this thing on a more regular basis…
Now if only I can get some readers…
Hey Ben. Having stumbled across your blog completely accidently and then watching all of your videos for Video Nation I have a feeling I’ll be checking out this site often. They were all very interesting, and many of them amusing too. Good work.
Pleased that you got the internet too, especially since you’ve been waiting so long for it. I remember feeling that way myself about five years ago. It’s a horrible feeling to be missing out. And then I had to go through it all again when I moved here to Hull last September. (Yup, I’m a student. I know how popular we are with the local youths… :))
But now it’s sorted, and even have broadband too. Karoo are pretty good!
Good luck with the blog. I claim First Comment! w00t!
Thanks Matt, tbh I was a bit apprehensive about doing a blog at first but since Ive already got my vids on the net i thought “what the hell?”
Blogs can be annoying at times, especially when you feel like you’re just forcing posts in order to get something out there. It’s probably the best thing I’ve learned: to only post when I’ve got something to say!
Is there any way you can plug your blog on your next video short? I assume you’re doing more. Or will the BBC not let you?
“Or will the BBC not let you?” – d’oh. By this I mean “Will the BBC not let your advertise your blog in your video?”
Well, I think I should be able to…
We shall have to see, as they say, TUNE IN NEXT TIME FOLKS!!!
